Window Portrait Panel Screen has a rich bold color that gives this four panel
screen a unique appearance.
The frame is base coated in Oriental red then the striking green was applied and
given a hand rub which gave
the appearance of a vintage time honored style.
The panels are divided into
three portraits a piece giving
a total of 12 individual frames on the screen. Each separate painting has a
molding trim and a matte that frames
the hand painted artwork. The molding trim is repeated all around the outside
edges and is also used for a decorative
rectangle beneath each window, that still shows the red
base finish within the
molding. The art work is whimsical
and unexpected. Each frame contains a rendering of charming cottage windows of
all types. Some are arched others are
rectangular or square they are all interesting
